Mark as Useful Said he came from mexico, requested directions to get to SD, California. After a while the call sounded suspicious. The caller was in a situation where he was unedr juriusdiction for carrying an illegeal gun. For the reason staed above, the "authority" said he needed our info.

Mark as Useful he is a jerk who calls and never answers. and if you answer the phone, suddenly out of the blue you start receiving calls from other creditors. could they be connected?

Mark as Useful HARASSING TELEMARKETER!! CALLED AND TRIED TO GET INFORMATION (IE FIRST NAME OF ATTORNEY, ADDRESS, ETC). SAID THEY WERE REFERRED BY "DAVID SMITH" AND WERE VAGUE AND EVASIVE. WHEN I ASKED WHERE THEY WAS CALLING FROM THEY REPLIED "FROM MY OFFICE DOWNTOWN" ... HANG UP!!!
